The Boßlerhaus, a nature lovers' lodge, is picturesquely situated on the northern edge of the Swabian Alb, at an altitude of 785 meters above sea level, between the idyllic villages of Gruibingen and Weilheim. From here, one has a magnificent panoramic view of the Three Emperor Mountains and the landscape in front of the Swabian Alb.

With a shelter and a barbecue area, the "Boller Heide" invites hikers and walkers to linger, barbecue and picnic.

Wonderful food and delicious homemade cakes await everyone who comes back hungry or thirsty from a hike. It's always packed since it opened in October 2025, so reservations are recommended.

Currently closed for renovations. :-( More information here: https://gasthaus-ziegelhuette-geislingen.de/de/ ... to complete the restaurant renovations, our establishment will unfortunately remain closed from Monday, February 10, 2025. Reopening is planned for April/May 2025, as soon as normal business operations are possible again.
