The Boßlerhaus, a nature lovers' lodge, is picturesquely situated on the northern edge of the Swabian Alb, at an altitude of 785 meters above sea level, between the idyllic villages of Gruibingen and Weilheim. From here, one has a magnificent panoramic view of the Three Emperor Mountains and the landscape in front of the Swabian Alb.

The Nature Friends House is a very nice opportunity to take a break. There is a fixed drinks/vesper menu and changing daily meals. Opening times see link (scroll down) https://www.naturfreunde-gp.de/bo%C3%9Flerhaus There is also a very nice viewing point of the 3 Kaiser Mountains on the terrace.

Nice hiking destination to stop off at, no exorbitant prices, very real, worth it!

Always open on Sundays from April to October, or hosted by TSV Weilheim. Can also be rented from Friday to Saturday for parties. Further information can be found on the club's website using the usual search engines.

Very friendly landlord who let us sit without anything to eat or drink. But then I couldn't resist the charm of a piece of wheat 😉
