It is beautiful and there are always great views. The deeply cut stream valleys are impressive.

A wonderful valley - very wild and original. The paths are quite steep, rocky and riddled with countless roots. I think the use of hiking poles makes sense.

Unfortunately, the forest has suffered greatly in recent years. Nevertheless, it is super beautiful and the Silberbachtal keeps so many routes open

The Rethlager springs are one of the sights that can be reached on the Hermannsweg in the Teutoburg Forest. There are a number of other marked and easily accessible hiking trails around the springs. There is a campsite just a few hundred meters from the Rethlager springs.

Woody, leafy, hilly, beautiful.

I was here before in 2014. The dark spruce forest left a lasting impression on me. In 2021, most of the trees have now disappeared and the path was actually closed. Tree felling work... and it wasn't the only section of forest that was closed because of it.
