The heptagonal Romanesque Chapel of the Holy Trinity (Sedmerokutna romanička kapela Sv. Trojstva) in Rovinj dates back to the 13th century and is considered a unique example of medieval sacred architecture in Istria. Its unusual heptagonal floor plan and clear Romanesque forms make it a special architectural gem. Today, it is no longer used as a church but serves as an exhibition space and cultural event venue, thus combining historical significance with modern use.
