Romanesque church dating back to the 12th century on the outskirts of Valgañón, a town in the Sierra de la Demanda near Ezcaray. A great stop to get water on the way up to the top of Pradilla.

With the mountain route you can go up from Fresneda, reach the Pozo Negro (durillo), and from there to the Cruz de la Demanda, returning to Fresneda by road and passing through the top of La Pradilla.

This cycle path runs from Ezcaray to Casalarreina (both towns are in the Rioja Alta region, in La Rioja), following the old railway route. In addition to Ezcaray, the greenway passes very close to the towns of Ojacastro, Santurde de Rioja, Santo Domingo de la Calzada, Castañares de la Rioja and finally Casalarreina. The track is made of mixed soil: compacted asphalt and gravel (small crushed stone).

Ski station at a minimum elevation of 1,530 meters and a maximum elevation of 2,125 meters. Located in the Sierra de la Demanda of La Rioja, the station uses the slopes of the San Lorenzo peak.

Temple of Romanesque origin located in the town of Ezcaray, built during the 12th century and rebuilt in the Gothic style between the 14th and 16th centuries. The building is built with reddish stone typical of the Sierra de la Demanda.

10월 30, 2022, Church of Nuestra Señora de Tres Fuentes
This church, reddish in color due to the limestone, dates from the 13th century and is Romanesque in style. It is one of the Rioja jewels belonging to this period. Water flows from the three springs from one of the most important aquifers in La Rioja. Water permeates through the sandstone, storing water throughout the year.

Open shelter, with easy access, in the Bonicaparra area, a former village of which no remains remain. The shelter is quite neglected, but at least it can serve as shelter. Fountain, grills and tables complete the recreational area. As of June 2024, reconditioned and improved. Let's see if we can keep it like this, please..!!!!

I am not at all religious and less a believer, but I thought it was a very interesting visit and above all the person who teaches it, who lives it, has a good job of documentation and archives of more than 10 centuries. Very nice historical anecdotes.

Lovely climb for mountain biking. Approximately 8 km long, sheltered by the forest. A wonder for hot days. It has a but, like almost all things: deteriorated asphalt, which requires caution on the descent. In addition, the lights and shadows in the beech forest make it difficult to see the floor. Still, nice climb.
