The path runs right along the water and offers beautiful views of the harbor and the city skyline. However, the promenade runs right next to a main road, which can increase the noise level a bit. I explored the route both on foot and by bike and found both options worthwhile. Along the way you'll spot the red Palma logo, which is perfect for a photo. What I particularly liked is the mix of maritime flair and urban life. The atmosphere by the water is relaxing, while the hustle and bustle of the city remains noticeable in the background. If you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the main street, it's best to go early in the morning or late in the afternoon. It's a bit quieter then, and the light over the water is particularly atmospheric. If you're interested in boats, there's really a lot to see here.

Unfortunately, part of the route is not accessible and has been fenced off. No detour or alternative possible. We then chose another spot, which was not as nice. But the view from the castle is a compensation.

Even if the door to the chapel is locked, it is worth taking a look through the windows into the interior of the chapel.

The Balcon de Na Burguesa is a viewpoint located below the Mirador de na Burguesa on a hill above the city of Palma and offers stunning views of the Bay of Palma and the Tramuntana mountains. The name "Na Burguesa" comes from the statue of a woman standing on the top of the hill, considered a symbol of the island of Mallorca. The Balcon is less well maintained and therefore not as popular as the Mirador, which is a very popular spot for tourists and locals alike to enjoy the spectacular views.

The large dog signs coming out of the fenced private property on the right hand side coming from Palma are a bit scary, however I didn't see or hear a dog. So keep going, the view later is terrific.

They have shaped the cityscape of Palma for centuries and catch the eye of millions of visitors to Mallorca every year. The windmills of Es Jonquet on their hill above the harbor promenade are, along with the cathedral and Bellver Castle, a landmark of the Balearic metropolis - and are in danger of collapsing. Some of the mills are privately owned and the owners do not care.

The entrance leads into the park to the stairway to the Castel de Bellver. It is worth it .. In high season, it's worth getting there early if you don't want to be trampled by crusaders.
