"The Anglican Church of St James at Coln St. Dennis in the Cotswold District of Gloucestershire, England, was built in the 12th century. It is a grade I listed building. The Church of England parish church is dedicated to Saint James the Great. The church was dedicated to Saint Katherine in the 13th century, Saint Dennis in the 18th century, and is believed to have once been dedicated to Saint Kenelm.[2] During the 18th century it may have briefly been dedicated to St Dennis. The central tower had a belfry added in the 15th century.  This was rebuilt in 1904 as part of a wider restoration by William Weir the architect for the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings. It's ancient stone cottages, rolling green hills, and tranquil river that runs right through the centre make it an ideal location for a leisurely stroll.

A fun gravel bridleway running between Elkstone and Colesbourne. Take care in the winter, it becomes very wet!

A lovely stretch of singletrack that runs through Upcote plantation with fantastic views looking across the fields towards Withington. Try not to get too distracted by the views whilst cycling as the track gets bumpy and narrow in places.

A fine country pub in the beautifully quiet Sheepscombe village. Perfect for a mid ride refreshment. Pairs well with the Cherry Glade Campsite should you decide to end your ride here.

Fantastic stretch of double track running through a lush quiet woodland. Workman's Wood is one of six woods that makes up the Cotswolds Commons and Beechwoods National Nature Reserve (NNR). Its steep sided banks lined with beech trees and bubbling brooks make it an idyllic woodland to cycle through.

Good quality double track running through the Chedworth nature reserve. Likely to have been used as an access route to the Chedworth Roman Villa many years ago.
