The Duisburg-Nord Landscape Park is a true gem of industrial heritage—a disused steelworks that now serves as a massive leisure and adventure park. Spanning approximately 180 hectares, rusty blast furnaces, green gardens, climbing walls, plunge pools, and light installations converge, making the park one of the most exciting places in the Ruhr region.

The sinter site in Duisburg-Nord Landscape Park was formerly part of the ore processing plant. Today, it is an open-air event space with a wind turbine tower and a water spiral—a symbol of sustainable technology in an industrial setting.
