뒬리츠숲의 "구멍 바위" 이 갈탄 규암(신생대 형성)의 구멍은 나무줄기가 갇혀서 생긴 것도 아니고 나폴레옹의 신형 대포 시험의 결과도 아닙니다. 수십 년 동안 그렇게 설명되어 왔습니다. 이것은 오히려 거석 무덤의 폐쇄석으로, "영혼의 구멍"이 있습니다. 우리 조상들은 신석기 시대(기원전 10,000-2200년)에 사후 세계를 믿었습니다. 죽은 자의 영혼은 이 인공 구멍을 통해 밖으로 나가야 했습니다. 이러한 거석 무덤 중 다수는 여러 가지 이유로 의도적으로 파괴되었습니다. 이 무덤 시설의 운반석과 덮개석은 남쪽 방향의 날개 E 왼쪽으로 20-50m 떨어진 곳에 흩어져 있습니다. According to the information panel: "On the large hill now occupied by houses, a settlement whose name is no longer known stood until the Thirty Years' War (1618-1648). The plague devastated the village. Presumably, the remains of the foundation walls are those of a small church, whose floor plan suggests a larger building for a settlement of that time. Today, this former forest chapel is used for quiet contemplation in nature, for small devotional services, and frequently for the Ascension Day service of the parishes of Leipnitz, Dürrweitzschen, Sitten, Polditz, Bockelwitz, and Zschoppach..."

According to the information panel: "Scientists suspect that the holed stone once encircled a tree, and that after the tree died, the hole remained in its current form. The stone was moved here during the Ice Age. Another story was told by the old 'log cutters' (as the forest workers were formerly called here): 'Napoleon had a new cannon tested on this stone, and a cannonball left this hole. True or not...'"

According to the information panel on site: "This stone was uncovered in 1987 during road construction work on the second clearing. The stone shows signs of human workmanship from the pre-settlement period. With the help of a small specialized forestry tractor equipped with a dozer blade and winch, the stone was recovered and placed here, selected by head forester G. Heinrich, local historian Mr. Kirsten, and Mr. Unteidig from the lower monument preservation authority. In 1994, on the occasion of the founding of the municipality of Thümmlitzwalde, local historian Walter Naumann was honored with a commemorative plaque for his many years of work researching local history."

According to the information panel on site: "Partially completed millstone belonging to the stonemason Haferkorn, who produced millstones in the local quarries until 1809. He lived in Böhlen and rented a room in Zollschwitz where he produced counterfeit money. His accomplice, Mrs. Kretzschmar, distributed the counterfeit money. The police were alerted to his shady dealings by the miller from Böhlen. On December 5th, Haferkorn was forced to stand bound at the pillory in Böhlen. He was sentenced to 10 years in the Waldheim penitentiary."
