On a clear day, you can see as far south as Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland. Looking east, you can clearly see the vineyards of Radebeul with the Spitzhaus (a historic building). Also to the east, you can see the large construction site of the new chip factory on the edge of the Dresden Heath, and on New Year's Eve, the fireworks in the city center.

St. James' Church in the Pesterwitz district of Freital. Information: The foundation stone for the present church was laid on July 11, 1905. Its church tower is approximately 43 meters high. The church is part of the Saxon Way of St. James and thus also a stop for pilgrims traveling on the section between Dresden and Grumbach.
