The spacious Ernemann Hut, a shelter with a rest area in the Tharandt Forest, invites you to linger. Info: In the lowland spruce forest. Heinrich Ernemann was a Dresden entrepreneur in the film and photography industry. He owned a villa in the spa town of Hartha and was a patron of the town.

The educational apiary is located directly on the bike path, so the rest area is often occupied on weekends. It's the last comfortable rest stop before Wilsdruff.

Triebischsee in the Tharandt Forest. Information: An artificial pond created towards the end of the 20th century. The Triebisch River is dammed here. Weary hikers can rest on comfortable benches along the water's edge and observe dragonflies and other aquatic life. Water lilies also adorn the surface.
