The bench overlooking the Hopfensee is especially inviting for a short rest. The other one, overlooking the ruins, is okay, but it offers lovely evening sun. Unfortunately, or thankfully, there's hardly any shade. So, sunscreen if you're going for longer.

Slightly undulating terrain. Longer distances are manageable even without an e-bike with moderate fitness.

Buy something! It's delicious!

In Albisried, I left the bike path to the right, but you just have to follow this road. I'm back in the Kaufbeuren area and have better pictures of the mountains. The route is beautiful; it's even more fun with great mountain views. Past Eiterberg and Holzleuten, through Stadels and Trollen to Batzengschwenden. Just turn left and you're at the beautiful Schwaltenweiher with its exclusive mountain view. I haven't been able to see the Zugspitze yet, but maybe you'll have better luck. I can't recommend the kiosk because the owner is very unfriendly and the food is expensive. I'd only go there for a beer. Sorry I didn't mark the whole route.

Beautiful, simple places to stop off a little above or about 1 km further on directly on the lake with a beach and a magnificent panoramic view. The food is simple but "honest"
