This troll statue is a pretty peculiar sculpture near Hald. This feminine figure is referred to as the "Helle Haltben" and it's only one of several similar statues which recently appeared in Jutland.

The Skive Kunstmuseum is a museum of art. Inside of its walls, there is a fine collection of Danish art from the 19th century until present day. Many events are held at the museum during the year, such as presentations and guided tours.

This non-asphalted road is very simple for every type of bike. The surface is both compact and smooth, so no one will have problems on this nice little gravel section. Under the trees, too!

This huge 6.5 ton steel cow stands as a landmark in front of the cheese shop and dairy in Thise. “Astrupkorset” is a centuries-old, roughly hewn granite cross, decorated on all sides with carved ornaments, approx. 90 cm high and almost 50 cm wide. It stands on the old field border of Astrup and Mogenstrup. The village church was built at the end of the 12th century with a Romanesque nave and choir. The Gothic tower was built around 1500 and the church was enlarged.
