Wonderful view

In the middle of the vineyards, with lots of castles...

Nice fortress ruin overseeing the Thaya. Unfortunately, it's not allowed to drive a bike in the park, so we had to leave the bikes at the park entrance and do some hiking to get there. It's rather steep too, so biking would not have been such a great idea anyway. 😅

Beautiful place and the whole area.

The Devín transmitter is located on the hill of the same name at an altitude of 550 m above sea level, which is part of the Pavlovské vrchy in southern Moravia. It is 57 m high and stands on a higher peak. Its broadcasting covers a large area of southern Moravia

A very nice place with a view of Pálava, Pavlov and the surrounding area. VN Nové Mlýny is also in the palm of your hand. For a fee: there is a cash desk at the entrance. However, a QR code for online payment is published here. The ruin is otherwise freely accessible!

A life-size metal statue of a woman with angel wings, holding a large bunch of grapes in her hands, was created among the vineyards near Dolní Věstony. Her gaze is directed towards the tower of the Vestonic church. The statue was blessed by provost Pavel Pacner.

The ruins now have an entrance fee, but are being restored and maintained. The view from the top is wonderful
