The epitome of idyll in front of a gentle mountain panorama in the middle of a forest area is the Moosburger Mühlteich. The quiet swimming lake is located in the middle of a 204 hectare landscape protection area. Like the Moosburger Mitterteich, it is brownish in color due to the marshy surroundings, but this does not affect the water quality. The five lakes in the landscape near Moosburg are a popular destination for walkers. Anyone who would like to have a picnic with the family or in a romantic setting for two is also in good hands at the Moosburger Mühlteich. 06/20/2022 - Very nice café, friendly and for once completely different. There is not the normal breakfast here, but what is available is very good and partly homemade. An Austria breakfast 😊. As well as with small snacks and a very good ice cream and cocktails you can get here.

The architect Josef Victor Fuchs built 1891 here a total of three villas. The Villa "Venezia" was built in the style of the Italian Renaissance and is a great example of the villa architecture on Lake Wörthersee. On the facade of the building, you can admire numerous ornaments such as dwarf carvings and dwarf palaces.
