A beautiful view of Lake Wörthersee and the Pyramidenkogel observation tower. If it weren't for the noise of cars creeping up the mountain, it would be a truly relaxing hike. But don't let it scare you away; the views are truly worth it 👍🏻

A wonderful hike for the whole family. The path mostly goes through the forest and is accessible all year round. The best place to start is at the car park next to the castle meadow.

The epitome of idyll in front of a gentle mountain panorama in the middle of a forest area is the Moosburger Mühlteich. The quiet swimming lake is located in the middle of a 204 hectare landscape protection area. Like the Moosburger Mitterteich, it is brownish in color due to the marshy surroundings, but this does not affect the water quality. The five lakes in the landscape near Moosburg are a popular destination for walkers. Anyone who would like to have a picnic with the family or in a romantic setting for two is also in good hands at the Moosburger Mühlteich.
