It's definitely worth it, the climb is possible directly from the Sandviken car park without a complicated tour.

For visitors to the public beach, there is also a parking lot next to the campsite area.

Nice and friendly campsite with great views, nice cabins, sauna and beach.

This trail follows a small stream and is difficult to find from the main trail due to the thick moss growth. Unfortunately, Komoot doesn't map it yet. However, it connects the main trail with the top.

At this free parking lot, you'll find a very good hiking map that shows significantly more trails than are currently mapped on the Komoot map. Many of the smaller trails aren't yet included on the map. Komoot even doesn't yet map part of the official Trolltur.

Up at Gvamss koger there were many small fishing grounds, but they didn't contain much fish because of the greedy snake that lived there. One night, the snake made its way down to Austbygdede. No one could see it, but you could hear it and feel the ground moving. The snake found its new home in a large, hollow tree trunk by the riverbank. On hot, sunny days, the villagers could smell the creature and wanted to get rid of it. The right man for the job was the great and powerful Hans Aserall. It was a long and tiring battle, but finally the snake breathed its last.

A beautifully designed tour through the municipality of Tinn. It includes quite a few climbs. The route can be found on a map at the Sandviken campsite. Please note: Komoot only maps parts of the route as trails. Some sections must be planned off-grid. I've published an extended version of my completed hike (including a path to the summit, which isn't actually part of the Trolltur route), where you can see where it's actually accessible.
