Wonderful section of the route with water channels on both sides of the path!

Impressive section. The road is only a few inches higher than the water on either side, which makes it particularly impressive. Not recommended in strong crosswinds, for obvious reasons. 🤪

Highly recommended! The menu is limited to some fries and cheese/ham sandwiches, but plenty of drinks ;-). Super friendly service and a nice collection of local relics in the barn.

Roelshoek Krabbendijke beach on the south side of the Oosterschelde at the Yerseke Oesterbank. At low tide an extensive mudflat area is exposed and at high tide there is consequently a fairly large shallow swimming paradise on the beach.
