The central Stortorget (Great Square) was created after the city fire of 1854, which destroyed large parts of the wooden town of Örebro. In 1880, it was expanded to its current size and complemented by Oskarsparken to the east. At 362 meters, Stortorget is one of the longest squares in Sweden. Due to the gently curving ridge of stone that runs through the center of Örebro, the terrain slopes down to the east.

This stretch of road goes through hay farmland near Tysslingen lake. The nature reserve is famed for its spring bird migration, especially Whooper Swans. It's a very quiet road where you can enjoy the scenic landscape.

Tysslingens Naturcenter, near Örebro, features a café, open Wednesday to Sunday, and camping spots for caravans/RVs. There is a nearby open-air museum and ample parking is available. It is well know for its large amounts of migrating Whooper Swans, making it very popular among Bird watchers.

Quiet road running near Södra Lången lake. This stretch is part of a bike route that goes around the Lången lake system. It's called "Lången runt" and it starts in Örebro.

Vintrosa is a tiny town of just over 1,300 people. The atmosphere is pleasant. There are some very good cafés where you can eat.

Nytorp is located on the edge of a lake and between two nature reserves in the Orebro region.

Very pleasant cycle path that leads directly to Örebro. The condition suggests that it is an old converted railway line. In any case, much better than any road!

A very nice place to rest, where you can learn about the monastery history of the Cistercian nuns. All in all, a very difficult life but in a very beautiful area with a good view. Definitely worth a detour.
