Good gravel / MTB route, lots of roots and loose ground.

Linné's retreat and family home. Well worth seeing! Unfortunately only open from May to September from 11am.

There is quite some traffic on this road but if one wants to cycle from Uppsala southwards, this is a good road to choose, though.

Village centered around the scenic old mill, with several artisans and artists running their own shops, a café and an antique store. In the summer you can go self picking strawberries.

Separated and smooth asphalt road for pedestrians and cyclists along side the unpaved (car)road through Hammarskog via Dalkarlskärret. Pay attention at the crossing points with the unpaved road, these are not paved and sometimes rather deep gravel!

Have you can see a nice mansion just outside Uppsala. It seems to be private, so unfortunately you can not see more than from the street. Still, the area is great for the road bike with several small hills.
