The castle stands right by the lake and is easy to spot from the trail. It’s currently closed and undergoing renovation, but still makes a nice landmark to pass on.

A classy place. The castle is built in French Baroque style and dates back to 1860. The area in which it is located is probably the most beautiful of all of Skåne (Skåne County). Currently, the castle is being extensively renovated and is scheduled to reopen in summer 2020.
