Chapin Forest Reservation is a beautiful nature preserve full of oak and maple trees. There are several trails that cut through the woods and multiple viewpoints.

The North Chagrin Reservation is a mix of woodlands and meadows, with open areas for picnicking. There's also the excellent Nature Center, with a variety of exhibits, a play area for the kids, as well a few ponds, streams, and waterfalls.

The area provides over 6 miles of trails through mature oak and maple trees, providing some of the best views in the Lake County area. During winter, you'll find plenty of people on the trails engaging in snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.

This gatehouse was built in the 1890s for a former executive of an oil company in Cleveland. The manor is modeled after German and English style castles of the time. The lawns of the house are a popular destination for picnic goers in the summer.
