Between Carbonin and Lake Landro, on the cycle/pedestrian path between Cortina and Brunico, you can see the Cristallo group, which appears from here in all its grandeur. It is part of the Ampezzo Dolomites and its highest peak is Monte Cristallo, at 3,221 meters.

The Dobbiaco-Cortina cycle path winds along the old railway line through breathtaking Alpine landscapes. The route, slightly downhill from Dobbiaco to Cortina, is also suitable for less experienced cyclists and passes through coniferous forests, wooden bridges and tunnels dug into the rock. Along the way, you will come across panoramic points that offer suggestive views of the surrounding Dolomite peaks, including the majestic Tre Cime di Lavaredo. Along the route there are old railway stations transformed into rest stops and small refuges where you can refresh yourself.
