So unusual to see a flying buttress on a village church!

Not easy to get to, but a great burial mound! We only found the easier access on the way back.

The view of giant is best from the opposite hill. When I took my photo the chalk was very dull so viewing wasn’t brilliant but I know they restore him every now and again so he should be bright again.The climb up past the giant is very steep so if hiking poles would be a great addition and grippy footwear 👟

Hell Stone The Hell Stone long barrow was constructed around the same time as Grey Mare and her Colts. By a small path, you can reach this church in Littlebredy, which is located next to the road. Perhaps the most significant element of this Grade II listed building is the tower, which dates back to the 14th century. The rest was reconstructed in the mid-19th century.
