A beautiful little village that even Uber comes to. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, but it looked very nice and has a lovely beer garden.

Cricklade is a town and civil parish on the River Thames in north Wiltshire, England, midway between Swindon and Cirencester. It is the first downstream town on the Thames.

Marked as a public bridleway, but it pretty much well pristine tarmac all the way.

This marvellous little village oozes Cotswold charm, lying on the banks of the River Thames in serene surroundings. The Street is the main road and has plenty of historical buildings to marvel at – some dating back to the 17th century. If you're after something to eat, the Red Lion pub offers food and heritage: it claims to be the Thames' first put from the source.

The canal is slowly being restored, but not yet at Cerney Wick The round house is the old lock house.

Great all brunch ! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. A few bike racks to secure your ride in the car park.

A nice place to stop for coffee and cake. bench opposite outside the police station. Cricklade is a pretty little town on the River Thames (just). The high street is full of traditional shops including the family butchers and grocers shops.

This beautiful church dates from the 12th century but has elements of Anglo-Saxon work. The Grade I-listed church is dedicated to Saint Samson of Dol, who was born in Wales in the late 5th century and was one of the founders of religion in Brittany.
