슈체친 해양대학교 본관은 슈체친에서 가장 특징적인 건물 중 하나로, 오데르 강이 보이는 Wały Chrobrego에 위치해 있습니다. 이 단지는 20세기 초에 지어진 두 개의 기념비적인 건물로 구성되어 있으며, 하나는 보험 사무소를 위해, 다른 하나는 세관 국장을 위해 지어졌습니다. 이 건물들은 후기 역사주의, 네오 바로크, 북부 독일 르네상스 양식을 대표합니다. 벽돌 외관, 장식적인 박공, 작은 탑, 풍부한 건축 디테일은 이 건물이 대학이라기보다는 행정 궁전처럼 보이게 합니다. 1963년부터 이곳에는 해양 학교가 있었고, 나중에 해양 아카데미가 되었으며, 오늘날에는 해양 대학교가 되었습니다. 이 건물은 슈체친의 상징 중 하나이며 Wały Chrobrego 파노라마의 중요한 부분입니다.

마리나와 인근 해변이 예쁘게 조성되어 있습니다. 참고로 근처 상점에는 '현금 결제만 가능'이라는 메모가 붙어 있었는데, 영구적인 것인지 제가 갔을 때만 그랬는지는 모르겠습니다.

Łasztownia is a historic river island in the center of Szczecin, today one of the most interesting places for a walk and relaxation by the water. Formerly the port hinterland of the city, over time it became an area of intensive industrial and residential development. Today, Łasztownia is an attractive urban space, where, next to monuments and former warehouses, there are restaurants, cafes and the Stara Rzeźnia cultural center. In the season, outdoor concerts and festivals are held here, and the boulevards overlooking the Oder and Wały Chrobrego are an ideal place for a bicycle stop.

The facility at Łasztownia in Szczecin is a multimedia scientific and educational facility, the main objective of which is to present physical experiments related to water. The center will be equipped with a permanent exhibition, containing interactive elements of science and technology. A special and unique attraction is the planetarium, which can accommodate an audience of 60 people.
