If the weather is nice, and if you are lucky, you'll be able to enjoy the food and some drinks from a terrace with a great view of the river. Unfortunately there are very few places outside on the 1st floor, where most of the restaurants are.

From the San Antón bridge you can enjoy a good view of the Church of the same name and the colorful houses that overlook the estuary.
