View of the jagged edge of the mountain called 'the twelve apostles' in this magical place in the heart of the El Valle del Silencio nature reserve. The walk continues towards the top of Aquina or Guayana at 1846 meters of altitude. Make sure you have a warm set of clothes as the weather can change in seconds.

Picturesque road with good views and without any technical difficulty near the town of Otero. One of the paths used to climb back to the top of Monte Pajariel after the ''Picachin'' trail, one of the easiest in the area.

Long and intense 4 km ''singletrack'' with a more technical and steep start, softening as we progress, until the final part, where it becomes entertaining again. It has some narrow passage with always the embankment to our right. One of those descents that we always want to repeat. Apart from the path itself, the route was part of the network of water channels that supplied Las Médulas, the largest gold mine in the Roman Empire.

Plaining through El Collado at 1353 meters above sea level and under the watchful eye of The Twelve Apostles, some curious rocky outcrops that are worth stopping to observe. If we go to the Montes de Valdueza, a good descent awaits us. Avoid the route in winter months or in heavy rain as it can be dangerous.

Located on Mount Aquiliano next to the Ermita de la Guiana, we have incredible views of the surrounding valleys. Known as one of the best viewpoints of El Bierzo. The hermitage, despite being in a dilapidated state, gives a magical touch to the place. It is said among locals that the sunrise, seen from here, is impressive.
