Along the rapids of the Rivera del Campo, on the outskirts of the town of Carbellino, stands the old water mill. The path runs along part of the river so you can enjoy the natural landscape.

Carbellino, a small town in the Sayago region, northwest of the province of Zamora, is located near the Almendra reservoir. You will be able to rest next to the Church of San Miguel Arcángel before continuing with your adventure.

The path that leaves the town of Salce reaches a river beach in the Argusino reservoir. A nature park of outdoor activities, with many gravel trails to ride.

A large part of the local term was flooded by the waters of the Almendra reservoir, thus losing all the low-lying areas, the most fertile and picturesque. It is one of the largest dams in Europe. The height in its downtown area measures 193 meters and the total length is more than three kilometers.

The Almendra dam, built on the Tormes river as it passes through Salamanca in the Duero Hydrographic Demarcation and is the largest in Spain, with a height of 202 meters. It is located 5 kilometers from Almendra and 7 kilometers from Cibanal.

Salce is a small town on the edge of the Almendra reservoir. On the north side of the town, there is a 16th century masonry bridge to allow access across the Rivera de Suelgas. When the tank is full, the bridge can be completely submerged.
