The Hermitage of Our Lady of Las Vegas, located in Los Huertos, Segovia, is a building with a rich history. The hermitage can be dated to the 11th century, its plan is basilica-type, with three naves divided by pillars and attached columns. The hermitage is located in a picturesque environment, near the banks of the Eresma River and next to the Camino de Santiago.

Built on a small hill at the southern end of the city, St. Bartholomew's Church is a modest building, almost like a farmhouse. From the elevated position you can get a good view of the city and the surrounding landscape.

Built in 1745 by order of the Marquis of Iturbieta, what today are large ruins were the walls of a shearing house that collected wool from up to 77,000 sheep annually. With three large rooms (enclosure, ranch and peguera), it had an upper floor where the owners lived during the work season. During the month of May, up to 300 shearers lived in a building with a large bedroom, a kitchen, a bakery and a refectory. During the second half of s. XIX and the end of the Mesta council, it lost its functionality and became an enclosure or quarry until it was abandoned and demolished.
