The Church of the Holy Family is not only a place of faith, but also a popular destination for visitors who want to discover the beauty and history of this remarkable church.

The Church of the Holy Family in Semmering is an architectural gem, located in the picturesque village of Semmering on the Hochstraße (High Road), right next to the renowned Hotel Panhans. Built between 1894 and 1895 according to the plans of architect Gustav Neumann, the church impresses with its neo-Gothic style, which lends the building an elegant and timeless appeal. Originally, the church was a branch church of the Church of Our Lady of Protection. In 1934, it was granted the status of a parish church and in 1954 was listed as a historical monument, underscoring its historical and cultural significance. The artistic stained-glass windows are particularly impressive, not only allowing light into the interior but also vividly depicting biblical scenes and symbolism. Services are held in the adjacent Pius Hall, which creates an intimate atmosphere and brings the community of believers together.
