문서상으로 약 1130년에 Ortolfus de Clamma가 언급되었습니다. 1339년에 Hermann II. von Klamm-Pitten은 이 성을 Albrecht, Friedrich, Leopold 및 Otto 공작에게 팔았습니다. 아마도 이 성은 15세기 초까지 von Rappach 가문(귀족 가문)의 저당권 하에 있었을 것입니다.
