In Camelle, there's this museum building, which also documents the numerous shipping disasters off the Costa da Morte, as well as the "open-air museum" at the beginning of the harbor pier, where you can admire the stone artworks of Manfred Gnädinger, known as "Man." After an 8-kilometer hike (https://www.komoot.com/de-de/tour/2338881156), it's quite a highlight to find an open bar in the middle of nowhere on a June weekday, with a very friendly bartender who offers a tapa to go with your beer. "O Espiño" (the thorn) is apt. You can now take your time removing the thorns you stepped on along the way and then hike back along the beach barefoot, thorn-free.
