The Plaza de Mazarelos in Santiago de Compostela is a historic and significant place. It is known for being the only gate in the medieval city wall that is preserved to this day. In the Middle Ages, this square was an important entry point for pilgrims who arrived in Santiago along the Via de la Plata and it was also the route through which Ribeiro wines entered from the city of Ourense.

The Igrexa das Orfas, also known as the Convent, Church and College of the Orphans, is an architectural complex of great historical and cultural value located in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. It was founded at the end of the 16th century by Archbishop Juan de Sanclemente to provide accommodation and education to orphaned or low-income girls.

The Bridge over the Sar River is a historic and emblematic structure in Galicia, Spain. There are several bridges that cross this river, but one of the most notable is the Ponte do Sar, a 12th century Romanesque bridge located in Santiago de Compostela. This bridge was part of the old Roman road and was an entrance route for pilgrims who made the Camino de Santiago along the Vía de la Plata.
