It was something special! I wasn't 100% sure if it would hold my 100 kg including bike and luggage – a bit wobbly, but it held up.

From this bench, located near the car park and the memorial, you can take a break and enjoy a wonderful view in both directions of the gorge.

Old border stone - you can still clearly see the earthen ramparts where the border once ran. Here stands a border stone of the old state border between Hamburg and what was then Prussia.
