The Sentier des douaniers, or GR 223, runs along the coast of the Cotentin for 446 kilometers. Here, between Maupertus-sur-Mer and Fermanville, the landscape invites you to admire the sea in peace, in the middle of a slightly uneven relief.

This place combines the seaside with an exceptional coast made of rocks carved by the sea; you rub shoulders with seals, the lighthouses are impressive and the colors change with the weather! You must equip yourself with rain gear but also be careful of the wind and have appropriate shoes: at high tide, slippery rock and silt on the beaches.

Free to visit, there are some information boards inside and you can park here and even spend the night. Great view.
