Along the Loire River, a pleasant area to stop and watch the boats sail by.

Before reaching this promontory to offer you this superb view, you'll have to climb a gentle steep path, starting from the greenway along the Loire, which won't be accessible to everyone. Be careful, there are no safety measures up there!

Since 1988, sculptor Murat Geçimli has been imagining and creating incredible sculptures from scrap metal. From a pile of recycled metal, this artist gives these materials a second life by creating works of art without a plan.

superb course

The Coulée de Rochart is a natural non-navigable watercourse of 4.25 km. It rises in the commune of Le Cellier and flows into Le Gobert at the commune of Mauves-sur-Loire.

The coulees are steep, deep and narrow notches, dug down to the Loire by runoff. The original stream may have disappeared. In Anjou, this term designates a slope covered with vines (the coulee de Serrant in Savennières).

A field full of metal works of art by a local amateur artist. Paid visits on Sundays from mid-spring to mid-Autumn but it is possible to admire for free from the outside (be careful on the busy road).
