Gate that marks the entrance to the City

The building with its beautiful Renaissance bay window was built in the 15th century as the "House zum Lindwurm." Later, it was named the "Zuckmantel House" in honor of its owner, General Zuckmantel.

In the 18th century, the Hoffmann family was one of the wealthiest families in Alsace. The four-sided courtyard with its magnificent Baroque façade was built around 1770 by François Joseph Ignace Hoffmann, known as Bailli Hoffmann.

The Bee Fountain was built for the Neuburg Monastery between 1760 and 1777. It has been in its current location since 1886. In the center of the fountain is a column with a beehive and four putti.

The Protestant church in Haguenau was built between 1893 and 1895. It served as a garrison church for the Prussian army stationed here at the time.

Here, a friendly stone lion watches over the city and welcomes guests.
