A wide, stabilized gravel path, open to the public, is maintained and marked with signposts. Since 2012, an audio guide has allowed you to explore the nature reserve with a "virtual guide." QR codes placed along the path allow you to play the audio clips using your smartphone. The Lamotte-Brebière locks are a series of locks that regulate the flow of water and allow boats to navigate the river. You can start your hike at the Maison Éclusière de Lamotte-Brebière, a former lock keeper's house transformed into a café and cultural center. You can taste local products, admire the works of art on display and take part in various activities and events. You will also be able to observe the fauna and flora that develop in this humid environment.
