You have to know that there's a viewpoint here—otherwise, all you'll see from the path are rocks and you might carelessly walk past them, because they block the view of the actual viewpoint. Once you find it, you'll have a fantastic view of the valley.

A beautiful wooden tower with a narrow spiral staircase, it can accommodate a maximum of four people at a time. During the week and in bad weather, you won't have to wait long.

The reward is beautiful

As already mentioned several times, there can be long waiting times for the climb, as a maximum of 4 people are allowed on the tower. To be honest, I'm used to higher observation towers. Magnificent view. Please note, as of 01/10/2023, access trail from the Grande Cascade closed due to the path being blocked by uncleared tree trunks (passage possible, but difficult and trail officially closed).

A small detour is rewarded with these breathtaking views. An observation panel allows you to appreciate the view. A perfect break in your run.

This rock owes its name to the eagle owl, a bird of prey that nests there. The view from the top is impressive.
