In view of the small sacred monument encountered here, some hikers may feel the need to pause for a moment before this cross. Anyone who has made the climb up from Altforweiler to this point can relax in the cool water, but be sure to follow the Kneipp rules!

This is a classic ford. Vehicles too heavy for the adjacent bridge can cross this shallow, stone-lined section of the river.

The Bisten is a charming river that widens at this point to offer a beautiful view of a body of water in the middle of the woods.

The Hussards hill is a beautiful place for mountain biking. Several circuits are available at its entrance.

Easy circuit, low elevation, for those who want to walk without difficulty.

Better take the small bridge on the left.
