At this crossroads straight ahead you will see the Château de Lacour, on the left the Church of the Saints-Innocents. The castle is also a wine estate, specializing in red wine.

A fascinating ruin of this mill which is hidden for much of the year. If the water level is low (usually in winter) you can see the bridge and there is an information board nearby if you want to know more during your run.

Run along the surrounding wall of the fortress, from where you will have a good view of the Armancon and the interesting defensive architecture.

Thil Castle is not open at the moment, but it is still a sight to enjoy while strolling around. Although in ruins, it remains impressive.

If you walk the circular route around the Lac de Saint-Agnan (8.7 km), you will reach a junction on the north-east side of the lake, at the level of the Bois du Loup riding stables and campsite. A well signposted water educational trail begins here. The path leads on wooden planks directly above the water and there are many picture boards along the path that vividly explain and explain the water cycle.

There is the possibility to hike along on and below the fortress wall. From here there is a beautiful view of the stately homes on the opposite bank of the Armancon.
