Circuit starting and finishing at the Maurettes beach car park in Villeneuve Loubet. This route has the advantage of leaving the seaside to travel the roads of the Villeneuve hinterland: Biot, Valbonne, Opio, Le Rouret, Roquefort les pins. A good part of it is on a cycle path. You can stop for a picnic in the park opposite the Coluche stele and have a coffee in Roquefort. Avoid visiting Valbonne on Friday morning, it's market day. It's crowded!

The cycle path network is quite developed on the Mouans-Sartoux Nice axis, you have to follow the signs for “track 3” and navigate via the app

The long-established Fragonard perfumery has 3 factories in Grasse, the flower factory is one of them. You can follow the individual steps in the production of a perfume on a free tour (in English and German). At the end, you are explained 6 perfumes and are asked to find out for yourself which notes they contain. Opening hours 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The Saint-Roch chapel, which probably dates from the beginning of the 17th century, was built on the old path which gave access to the village, in order to protect its inhabitants from the Plague. The procession of Saint Roch during which the bust of the saint left the church to join his chapel, goes back to a long tradition.
