Short path between the houses

Nice church, but somewhat dilapidated.

With the North Sea Route (LF1) through a tunnel.

This path runs along a riding school and has been trampled to pieces by the horses. So I found it far from perfect.

Does not directly add value.

The Château de Salperwick, also known as the Château de Saubruit, is a historic building in the Salperwick region. The castle originally dates back to the 14th century, when it served as a country residence for the monks of the Abbey of Saint-Bertin. Unfortunately, the original building was destroyed by fire in the 16th century. The current castle was rebuilt in the 17th and 18th centuries. The castle and the surrounding park have been protected as a historical monument since 2001. However, it is important to know that the castle is privately owned and therefore not accessible.

The church in Salperwick, a small village in the Audomarois marshes, is a beautiful white stone church that is an important part of the local heritage. The village itself has a rich history and was the seat of a lordship before the French Revolution. As well as the church, Salperwick has other attractions such as Salperwick Castle, which dates back to the 30th century, and the picturesque marshes that are popular with visitors.

A little attention for the walkers and this is just great! The paved road is good to drive on.
