His granddaughter passed the barony to the Hélie de Pompadour, who exchanged the whole to Pierre de Connigham on March 26, 1518, namely "the castle, castellany, land and lordship of Riz-Chauveron and Azat, together with any appurtenances and appendages, based and situated in the county of La Marche (...) with all justice and jurisdiction..."
