This bridge is located at the exit of the hamlet of Salièges, on the municipal road that goes up towards Monteils. The bridge is on the Gralhon trail. The latter is included in the list of routes offered by the community of communes of the Gorges Causses Cévennes. In summer the route is very busy (about a hundred hikers per day). Located near Florac, it is also a popular place for walks among locals. The stream under the bridge has a low flow in summer, but experiences strong currents during the Cévennes episodes, damaging the structure of the bridge.

Quézac is a wonderful little village in Lozère known mainly for its sparkling mineral water. From this town, you are at the gates of the Gorges du Tarn. The neighboring village, Ispagnac is just as charming. The two churches look alike.

Unfortunately, hikers are not welcome there. The path was blocked every 20-30 meters with branches laid across it, which were obviously placed there specially. Our hike came to an abrupt end in front of a sheep fence that was stretched across the path. Meanwhile, someone had left a large dog mess in front of the driver's door of our car, which we had parked nearby on the edge of a small hamlet. The message was clear.

The village of Montbrun is a well hidden place which is extremely pleasant to discover. You are at one of the most scenic places in the Gorges du Tarn. Majestic cliffs and beautiful green waters are visible when you leave the village by taking the winding road that descends to the river.

Mount Gargo is the highest point of the Causse Méjean at 1,247 meters above sea level. It looks like a big hill which can be attacked from all sides. At the top, you can enjoy a splendid panorama of Aubrac to the north, the Aigoual massif to the south and Mont Lozère to the east.
