From here you can admire the breathtaking views of this charming coastal hamlet nestled in a quiet bay. As you cycle along the rugged paths, you will see the turquoise waters and sandy beach below, framed by lush vegetation and cliffs. Bréhec is a peaceful place where you can take a break and appreciate its picturesque harbour and traditional Breton houses which add to the beauty of the landscape of this high place.

Loguivy-de-la-mer is a pretty, typically Breton fishing port, relaxing for some, inspiring for others. François Budet, an eminent Breton poet, sang music about him that became an anthem for the region: “Loguivy-de-la-mer, Loguivy de la mer You watch the last true sailors die Loguivy-de-la-mer, at the bottom of your old port The carcasses of already dead boats are piled up.”

This chapel is undoubtedly one of the jewels of the region. In this 13th century building we find the famous fresco of the dance of death, a unique piece. Previously hidden by a whitewash, it was rediscovered in 1856. We can see skeletons shaking hands with representatives of all categories of medieval society. The chapel also houses very rich statuary.
