The Pointe de Plouha is a beautiful spot in Brittany and is known for its highest cliffs in the region, at 104 meters high. The parish of Pordic was created in the Middle Ages after the division of the parish of Plérin. The parish became a possession of Beauport Abbey. After the French Revolution, Pordic and Tréméloir became municipalities. Built in the 16th and 17th century by the La Feuillée family on a place called Kergrist whose name comes from the Christianization of an ancient Celtic place of worship or a cult propagated by the Templars.
