Despite the major restoration work carried out in 1893 by Chavlon, an architect in Pont-Audemer, the church of Conteville still retains a special character that earned it a place on the “Circuit of Romanesque churches in the canton of Beuzeville”. In 1999, the Sauvegarde de l’Art français granted a grant of 50,000 F for the restoration of the west gable.

In Bonneville-la-Louvet, on the D534 road, there still exists what was once a station (later the post office) on the route of a railway line that linked Cormeilles to Pont l’Évêque. The train operated from 1904 until the 1930s, replaced by coaches and a little later, in 1936, for goods. Completely abandoned afterwards, the rails were removed in favor of widening the road and for the construction of housing in the second half of the 20th century.
