An interesting coastal path on the cycle paths, a little less so on the road returning from Le Lavandou (fortunately, few cars today). However, the section along the coast near the salt marshes follows a road closed by a gate; the alternative is to walk along the beach, but this path is prohibited for cyclists (only doable out of season, and/or in bad weather, which means you'll encounter few pedestrians).

A very beautiful tour with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the landscape.

We actually wanted to continue cycling along the Route de Crete afterward. Unfortunately, the route was closed due to the risk of forest fires, with a fine of €135.

The serpentine trails above Le Lavandou are simply amazing and offer sensational views of the sea, Le Lavandou, and the surrounding villages. 🤩. It's only for me, and I recommend riding with an e-MTB.
